Engagement Expo Registration Terms

By registering for the Engagement Expo, you agree to allow Loyalty 360 to share your contact information with its sponsors. To opt-out of this practice, contact Loyalty 360 at jillianhensley@loyalty360.org. By registering for the Engagement Expo, you agree to allow Loyalty 360 the ability to utilize photos, quotes, video footage, and other information associated with your participation during the event (Engagement Expo 2011) for promotional purposes.

PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION POLICIES FOR THE ENGAGEMENT EXPO

1. PAYMENT - Payment in full is required along with a completed registration form in order to attend the Expo. If a registration form is received without full payment it will not be processed.
2. SUBSTITUTIONS - Substitutions may be made up to 14 days prior to the start of the Expo. Any substitution made with less than 14 days notice will incur a $150 administrative fee. All requests for substitutions must be made in writing to Loyalty 360 sent to: jillianhensley@loyalty360.org.
3. REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancellations may be made up 14 days prior to the start of the Expo. Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the start of the Engagement Expo will incur a $150 administrative fee. All requests for cancellations must be made in writing to Loyalty 360 sent to: jillianhensley@loyalty360.org. Any cancellation made with less than 14 days notice will not be entitled to any refund. However, such cancellations may receive a letter of credit to use towards a future Expo, but will also be subject to a $150 administrative fee. All registrations are subject to approval. Loyalty 360 reserves the right to refund full registration fee due to limited space and availability. Loyalty 360 reserves the right to validate the veracity of the practitioners/marketers and suppliers. Suppliers who inadvertently register as practitioners/marketers will be given the option to have the difference charged to their payment option or refunded their registration fee.
4. Loyalty 360 reserves the right to expel any person(s) who are disruptive or disrespectful to attendees (at or before the event), exhibit area or to the hotel or hotel staff. Attendee agrees that such removal will not constitute a refund of registration fees, travel or any lost expenses. Attendee understands that such behavior may result in recourse by Loyalty 360, the hotel and/or another attendee.
