Loyalty 360 is looking for marketers to share their stories for building successful customer experiences and long term customer engagement.
We’re looking for people to share best practices, insight for building strong strategies and/or lessons learned in the following areas:
- Creating the right customer experience
- Proven strategies for generating strong customer engagement
- Customer data collection, analysis and segmentation
- Building customer intelligence the right way
- Social media experience: Lessons learned and/or insights for the future
- Incorporating social media, mobile and other technologies into your overall customer centric marketing initiatives
- Mobile experience: Using mobile to further build customer and gain customer insight
- Numbers experience: Equating engagement strategies to incremental revenue
If you have experience in any of these areas, we encourage you to contact us for an opportunity to share your story with your peers. OR, nominate a peer or colleague.
TIMELINE
- Speaking proposal deadline extended to May 18, 2012!
- Proposed topic
- Session type: breakout session or panel discussion
- Breakout session - a session in which you would be responsible for bringing together content and all necessary speakers regarding your topic.
- Panel discussion - if you’d like to speak at the show and share your insights on one of the above topics, let us know and we’ll work to include you in that discussion.
- If a breakout session we’ll need the following:
- Proposed title and abstract/overview of session
- Key takeaways for the audience
- For all proposals we need:
- Speaker(s) name, company & job title
- Previous speaking engagements & topics
- Your customer centric philosophy
Sessions are 45 minutes in length; we recommend 30 minutes covering topics/your experiences and 15 minutes for audience interaction (question and answer).
IMPORTANT NOTE: Any industry supplier/agency is required to speak with at least one marketer/client. Engagement & Experience Expo is a marketers’ forum. Marketers (operations and IT included) are looking to hear from their peers. They want to share ideas, learn from others experiences, etc. Therefore, only session proposals driven by the marketer/company will be considered.
Based on the format of this conference, Engagement & Experience Expo reserves the right to cancel the speaker’s engagement for the conference should the content of their speech not fit the goals of the conference, including but not limited to sales pitches disguised as speeches, lack of focus on the Customers’ Voice, lack of relevant information, and last minute speaker changes.
AS AN ENGAGEMENT & EXPERIENCE EXPO SPEAKER:
- You will receive support from Loyalty 360 in the development of your session/panel inclusive of access to compiled attendee survey results
- Your name, company, headshot, bio & summary of your session will be highlighted on the Engagement & Experience Expo web site & in all applicable marketing materials
